Boudhanath is a Stupa in Kathmandu, which is known as to have one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal due to its massive mandala. The Kopan Hill, located in the north of the Boudhanath, is the home for Kopan Monastery. Snuggled in the Kathmandu Valley, this Monastery is in the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism under the guidance of Lama Zopa Rinpoche. This monastery is home to numerous monks, lamas, teachers and workers.
Langtang National Park
Being the fourth national park of Nepal, it is the major artistic and cultural hub, famous for its rich metal work history and art. The evidence of the metal works can be seen in the temples and old houses of Patan’s Durbar Square and The Patan Museum.
One of the most beautiful and spell bounding palaces in the center of the Kathmandu City, where a Royal Kumari, selected from several Kumaris, resides. The Kumari is a tradition of worshipping young, pre-pubescent girls as manifestations of the Divine female energy.
